A Transformative Encounter in Peru
During my last Peruvian journey, in the region of San Martín, nestled in the heart of the lush Amazon rainforest, I was captivated by the majesty of the mountains towering around me and the winding rivers snaking through the landscape. This region offers a total immersion in the breathtaking biodiversity of the Amazon. Inspired by the Hopi tradition, I began to erect an altar and to commune with it every morning and evening. Usually, during my long stays in isolation in the jungle, I would start each day by writing a prayer and do the same every evening. This time, influenced by the teachings of energetic centers, I chose to formulate my prayers aloud, integrating these centers to align and ground myself further. To learn more about vibratory centers, you can read two other articles on this subject.
A Healing Practice
Plunged into moments of difficulty, deep introspection, and questioning, I sought refuge before my humble altar in the heart of the jungle. There, at each sunrise and sunset, my tears, imbued with sadness, frustration, and incomprehension, mingled with the whispers of the wind and the murmurs of the spirits of nature. Facing the Four Silent Directions, I let my sorrows, hopes, and deepest aspirations flow. In this communion with the unseen, a glimmer of peace emerged, a timid hope in the heart of darkness. Some dawns brought relief, a release... During my rituals, a sense of purification and clarity manifested. Simply verbalizing aloud was liberating.
Continuation of a Journey
Since that blessed day, this practice of prayer and anchoring has become an indispensable pillar of my daily life. Each dawn welcomes me before my Altar, ready to embark on an inner journey. There, in this silent sanctuary where the wisdom of the ages resides, I find refuge and comfort. What makes this practice so precious is the immediate possibility to verbalize and release the emotions that assail me, instead of keeping them buried within me, risking not only energetic but also physical disturbance, somatization, or even the development of illness. We know that our physical ailments are often the expression of our repressed emotional ailments. I learned lessons from this last Peruvian journey: I must release my emotions to prevent them from accumulating in my body. This journey into the heart of the jungle taught me the importance of not allowing buried emotions to take root. Thus, before my Altar, I give free rein to my feelings, express them, let them circulate, so that they do not crystallize into physical tensions. It is an act of kindness towards myself, a way to preserve my inner balance and overall health.
Link between the Altar and the Energetic Centers
My Altar has become not only my confidant but also my silent therapist and antenna to the unseen, thanks to the vibratory centers. This subtle connection allows me to contact the higher forces and celestial energies that surround me. Of course, I am aware that my Altar cannot replace the professional support of a psychologist if necessary. However, this practice offered me a way out of the darkest moments, a buoy in the storms of the soul.
Indeed, vibratory centers are energy points dispersed throughout our being, portals directly linked to the creator, offering healing and inner balance. By honoring them, by exploring them, we can find the clarity and peace we seek. This is where the beauty of this practice lies, an invitation to dive into the heart of our true essence.
