It is often recommended to start with medicinal plants, plant baths, or flower elixirs several days before the drum session. These preparations open your body and mind to healing, facilitating the release of energy blockages and preparing the way for a deeper healing experience.

During a session with me, you are welcomed into a space of comfort and compassion for approximately 75 minutes. During this time, I am positioned above you, guided by my vibrations acting as a channel for healing.
